The Organisation This fully accredited Not-For-Profit Aged Care Facility provides a safe, friendly and warm home-like environment. This organisation is committed to developing and enhancing the unique service that has been its foundation for over 40 years now. This facility strives to maintain and improve each resident's independence through the provision of excellence in Aged Care Practice.
The role of the Clinical Service Manager is to work directly with the organisations executives to provide guidance through its governance to maintain and, where necessary, to improve the standard of care and facilities so that the organisation remains at the pinnacle of aged care services in the district.
The Person The successful candidate will have:
Current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse (RN)
Aged Care experience
Federal police clearance
Proven Clinical Management experience within Aged Care Services
Strong clinical and documentation skills
Proven experience working with budgets
Good strategic management involvement
Sound ACFI knowledge
Working knowledge of audits and accreditation standards
A warm and personable disposition along with being well spoken, and exceptional written and group presentation skills
