This Not-for-profit aged care service, located in Central West NSW is looking to appoint a Registered Nurse and a Care worker to join their team to provide services including community care, independent living, semi-independent living as well as residential care to 80 residents.

As a Registered Nurse (RN) for this organisation in aged care services you will have to work independently and as part of a team. Possessing strong communication skills you will interact with the members of your care team. Flexibility and strong aged care experience are highly desirable.
The people we look for: To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) Div 1
Proven experience within Aged Care Services
Strong clinical skills
Good understanding of ACFI, Aged Care Accreditation & Legislation policies
Excellent Communication & Organisation skills
