This is a key role, ensuring the best possible care is tailored to the individual needs of all residents at all times, and that the facility is consistently maintained to a high standard. You will be a confident and committed Aged Care Registered Nurse (RN), and are expected to act as a role model and as a strong clinical resource for the care team. The role of Clinical Coordinator is chiefly concerned with coordinating all aspects of the clinical care at the facility & ensuring the delivery of resident care according to individual care plans & documented policies & procedures. You will coordinate care staff and will manage the ACFI applications.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Electronic clinical records including assessments and medication administration
- Incident/accident reporting
- Monitoring of ACFI
To be successful in this role you must possess:
- Current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse (RN)
- Federal police clearance
- Proven Clinical Management experience within Aged Care Services
- Strong clinical and documentation skills
- Good ACFI knowledge
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal & Organisation skills
